A Message from Greg:
At Brimont, our focus is good food and great customer service. We are a small restaurant with an even smaller kitchen. We must staff according to the business we know is coming, so we highly recommend making reservations in order to have your table ready and be able to seat you upon arrival at the time that you desire. While we welcome walk-in customers as well, we ask for your patience and understanding as we prepare to seat you. Many orders at once does not work for us, and seating too many at a time may result in customers waiting longer for food than you'd like. The wait at Brimont is usually no more than 20 minutes as a table is set and orders are cleared out of the kitchen, and you are always welcome to enjoy one of the many fine bevereges that we offer at the bar while you wait.
Our goal is for everyone to have a great experience and to want to come back. Good food takes time and, I assure you, it's worth it!
