NOTICE: * PLEASE READ* Brimont Bistro is a small restaurant with an even smaller kitchen. We focus on our food quality first along with providing great service. We highly recommend making resrvations to get the time you want and we will have your table ready upon arrival. We will not staff for what we don't know is coming! With Covid restrictions relaxed we are getting a lot of walk in customers, this is OK but we ask that you be patient and understand how I have chosen to run this restaurant. The wait at Brimont is usually not more than 20 min., as we clear orders out of the kitchen we then take more in, all at once does not work, people will wait very long for your food. My goal is that everyone has a great experience here and will want to come back. Good food takes time and I assure you it's worth it! We here at Brimont love what we do, we love our customers, we thank our customers for the support and business, and as always we look forward to serving you!!!

The Bistro has 22 beers availible between tap and bottles, over 60 wines between by the glass and bottle choices, and a Specialty Drink Menu including Barcelona Sangria, Kir, Pastis, French 75, Chocolate Martini, Pineapple Upside Down Martini, and Blood and Sand to name a few. The bar is all top shelf liquor as well as selections from  Apple Country Spirits in Williamson NY and Long Island Spirits in Baiting Hollow Long Island. HAPPY HOUR is from 4 - 7pm everyday, so stop in and experience how we set ourselves apart from the rest!

          Brimont Bistro is a French based cuisine Bistro with 56 seats inside between two floors, and during the season an outdoor patio dining area for 40 people. With our lunch menu from our old deli days, you will find a variety of wraps, sandwiches, and salads all made fresh to order. (Please be patient as good food does take time).

         The dinner menu combines French American cuisine in a fine dinning atmosphere, with an outstanding wine list that ensures your experience to be a great one. We still do high end catering that we are known for over the years, but upon request with our Chef. We look forward to serving you!
